Our factories are equipped with advanced machines including CNC machining center, 500kg/350kg mediate frequency induction furnaces, five-ton furnaces, resin sand molding lines and large lathe/boring machines manned by 200 skilled workers; our annual output is 100,000 metric tons of various kinds of finished or semi-finished iron, steel and brass products, as well as 50,000 metric tons of forging parts such as flanges.
We source raw material domestically. Our more than 20 QC auditors inspect every stage from raw material, production to finished products under ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. We also import highly qualified accessories from the US, such as rubber, sealant and adhesive. Moreover, we run some special tests on products, such as impactive test, on-site Baird spectrometer and X-ray detection to ensure high quality.
Our 20 R&D engineers, with more than 10 years of experience in the industry, welcome buyers' OEM and ODM requirements, and release a sample within 25 days for one simple product. For four to five kinds of products with complicated technique, we can supply samples within two months.
